We'll ask for your business details, services or products offered, any existing branding (logos, colors, fonts), content for your pages, and images you'd like to include. If you don't have everything ready, don't worry — we can help guide you through the process and suggest stock images if needed.

Yes! We offer two options: (1) You can opt for our Website Care Plan where we handle all updates for you, or (2) We can provide training so you can make basic edits yourself. For larger changes, just reach out and we'll take care of it at an hourly rate.

That's exactly why we include unlimited revisions. We'll work with you to adjust the design, layout, colors, fonts, images, text — whatever needs changing until you're genuinely happy. We don't launch until you give the green light. Your satisfaction is our priority.

The setup fee covers the initial design work that begins immediately — research, planning, and building your initial mockup. This is non-refundable because we dedicate our time to your project right away. However, we stand behind our work and will make revisions until you're satisfied. If we can't reach an agreement on the design, we'll discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

We include domain and hosting in our Care Plan, or you can bring your own. If you already have a domain, we can help transfer it or connect it to your new website. We'll handle all the technical setup so you don't need to worry about any of it.

Absolutely! While we're based in Singapore, we work with businesses worldwide. Our process is fully remote — we use video calls, email, and shared documents to collaborate effectively, regardless of location.

Our Website Care Plan includes hosting, maintenance, security updates, troubleshooting, and regular check-ins. You can also reach out anytime for advice or minor updates. We're here for the long term — not just until your website launches.
